I really feel an urgency to help Children’s Pastors in a very practical way to fan the flames of a Holy Ghost move in their local ministries. As a fellow Children’s Pastor, I know that I can’t force my entire volunteer staff to take off 3 days for our annual national conference nor can I insist that they take off a Friday afternoon and evening and Saturday morning for a regional conference. But, 99% of my staff will make room for a Saturday morning Ignite & Unite conference. 

The Ignite & Unite conference is a three-hour Saturday morning meeting for everyone associated in your church who works in the children’s ministry ... nursery, children’s church, Sunday school, mid-week Bible clubs, etc. The purpose for the conference is to bring your entire team on to the same page and equip them to flow with the Holy Spirit. It’s a mini-sized Ignite conference. The name Ignite & Unite says it all ... ignite your team to flow with the Holy Ghost AND unite them with this one common vision of raising up a Holy Ghost generation of children.

9:15 - 9:50        The Dangers of the Status Quo
10:00 - 10:50    The Holy Spirit on Assignment
11:00 - 11:45    Flowing with the Spirit
11:45 - Noon     The Commissioning
